Fuse link D type are designed to protect conductors and the installation gear against overload and short circuit, having also a role to visibily division in electric installations.
In case the short circuit is higher than the breaking capacity of the automatic switch, it is mandatory to mount the fuse bases in front.
For proper usage, the bases and the fuses must come from the same group.
